The Caspian Cross is based on crosses found in churches and monasteries in Azerbaijan. The Celts found in Central Europe migrated over wide areas. It has been suggested that the Celtic languages originated on the Pontic-Caspian steppes from the northern shores of the Black Sea to the Caspian Sea.

The design features the Caspian Cross surrounded by Celtic Birds. At the top of the design are 2 chariots facing each other being pulled by mythical Celtic Animals. The drivers of the chariots are wearing Caspian Headdress.
