Vickery Collection Avalon Cross - Cross Stitch Pattern

Avalon - the island that features prominently in the Tales of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.

The monks in Glastonbury placed a cross on what was supposed to be King Arthurs tomb - it was a leaden cross placed there around 1184.

The stitch count on this cross stitch pattern is 148 x 197 with the finished design area measuring approx 8 x 11 inches

Suggested fabric is an 18 count Aida (not included)

Suggested floss is DMC (not included) - pattern also gives Anchor conversions
