Virgo Magnet - The Bird of Omen -  is a reproduction of an original painting done by Courtney Davis as part of an Arthurian series displayed in Glastonbury, England.

In Celtic mythology, golden eagles held the souls of sun kings. They were later identified with the souls of Christian saints. While attending to matters of state, Arthur was startled by the appearance of one such eagle that hovered outside his window bringing an impending sense of doom.

The artwork also features celtic knotwork on each side and includes the names and shields associated with King Arthur.

2.5" wide by 3.5" high magnet comes packaged with artist/design information in a cellophane envelope.
